We are looking to hire a professional to join the growing team of Nexo as a Customer Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand Nexo’s mission and vision and being able to communicate it to customers effectively

● Ensure customer satisfaction and ease in understanding and navigating our platform

● Answer customer’s questions by email and live chat

● Engage and understand customers concerns and proactively mitigate issues

● Relay customer feedback to the relevant departments


● 1+ years’ experience in online B2C facing customer service interactions

● Proficiency in English

● Exceptional writing and customer-centric communication skills

● Ability to organize and prioritize customer feedback

● Proven ability to prioritize and multitask among various channels

● Excellent written communication skills

● Be able to work flexible hours

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to the delegated tasks and responsibilities

● Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow and be up-to-date with the trends and the best practices

● Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment and meet the deadlines; ability to work independently but within one strong team

● Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment


● Understanding of the blockchain space and its community

● Knowledge of blockchain related terminologies and trends and have a liking for blockchain culture

● Community management experience

● Experience in fintech and internet related sectors

● Experience in the blockchain space
