Your key responsibility will be to oversee the administration, coordination and evaluation of NEXO human resources and programs with initial focus on finding and growing new channels for attracting more top talent. The scope of the role includes:

  • Build a sustainable culture to attract and retain great people
  • Take care of the continuous HR processes and practices and create new ones
  • Update employment contracts and agreements
  • Manage recruitment partners and track key HR metrics
  • Plan and oversee employee compensation and benefits programs
  • Coordinate employee trainings and development initiatives

You’ll need: 

  • Proven experience as a People and Culture/TA//HR Manager or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of the labor legislation and the labor market dynamics
  • Thorough understanding of how to create and develop a L&D programs
  • Experience in ramping up new teams in a tech company will be an advantage
