You Are the Talent Magnet:

  • Active participation in the end-to-end HR Administration process - contracts, termination orders, annexes for changes of Employment conditions and other documents;
  • Daily communication with External Accounting regarding the preparation of all necessary documents;
  • Maintain and update job descriptions for all positions;
  • Responsible for the collection and administration of paid leaves, unpaid leaves, sick leaves, service notes and other documents;
  • Оrganize and maintain personnel records in the Electronic system and act as primary point of contact regarding our Electronic records system;
  • Create, remove accounts, keep up-to-date information about employees in the HR system;
  • Send onboarding information and provide assistance to new employees;
  • Prepare different reports upon request;
  • Ensure compliance with labor code and all other government regulations;
  • Answer employee questions and assists with enquiries;
  • Stick to the highest standards of confidentiality.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role;
  • University degree in Human Resources or Economics;
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills;
  • Proactive and positive attitude;
  • Excellent computer literacy and experience with HR software;
  • Good knowledge of Bulgarian labor low;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
